    Decent storage facility but customer service is non-existent. We only signed up here a month ago and got charged a late fee for being 2 days over the due date. This would make sense if we did not get the bill sent on the due date itself. Also since we are a business we close on the weekends which coincidentally is when the 2 overdue days fell on. We tried calling up customer service only to be rudely told that they "had other customers to deal with and we should just pay the late fee". Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this facility considering their shady billing practices.

    Don't use this storage facility, new owners have increased fees by 15% without consultation, less expensive options available.

    Staff is awesome. Very friendly and helpful. The place is well maintained. Easy access from 6am-11pm

    The lady who helped me with my unit was super helpful and was very thorough in explaining all the information I needed to know. There was also no administration fees when signing up so that is a great plus!
