  A decent shopping mall with ample parking. Some reasonable restaurants and an OK food court. It's seen better days as it's "anchor clients" haven't lasted. There's still some good shops and services. I like that it's typically less busy than other local places.

  Edited: Concord Parking Security is joke, there are over 1000 empty spots, they choose to sit and wait for Kwantlen students to park and fine them.

  At the moment an alright mall.a bit of a dead mall at times with some of the big stores missing. However this might change with t&t opening soon. They have some good large stores such as best buy, winners, home sense, toys r us( for now). They also have a good food court with a variety of restaurants. Recommendation: the Mexican restaurant and the bubble waffle restaurant( long wait)

  Plenty of free parking at Lansdowne Mall. Although Lansdowne Mall doesn't have the higher tier businesses as Richmond Centre it is my favorite mall in Richmond. I like the food court at Lansdowne. My only gripe is the person responsible for opening the doors in the morning. The food court opens early for breakfast but the mall doors are locked. Someone slept in???? This has happened twice to me.

  Barely any people compared to Metro / Richmond Center even though its been in the area for 30+ years. Now its just used as a place to hang out with very limited shopping options.

  Lansdowne Centre has seen many changes. Some empty stores here and there; the place has been some what quiet overall. There seems to be new restaurants to increase the number of choices in the area.
