  We brought our Range Rover in for a wash yesterday. We waited over 1/2 an hour and when we got the vehicle I noticed the wheels had not been washed. I went inside to complain to the chinese girl working behind the counter. I told her that I do not want to be charged for the wash and explained the last 2 experiences to her. She said we would not be charged. When I walked outside to the vehicle I noticed a worker wiping our new rims with a dry cloth, on dry/ dirty rims. I told him to stop, as he was scratching the paint.

  I went to Gold Car Wash Center today to get a car wash. They didn't want to serve me. When I asked why, they have told me that I need a membership. When I asked how much for the membership they have told me that $1000 (yes you are reading it right it isn't a typo) at that point I know they don't want to serve me (I guess I don't fit into the Richmond crowd) so I told the guy ok i will buy a membership for a $1000 no problem. He said i don't have a membership card FOR YOU.

  I highly recommend not using this car wash. Judging by their online reviews, they should not be in the business of washing/ detailing expensive vehicles. Perhaps they should only do farm equipment.

  Fast forward to last week. My wife brought in her Jaguar. After waiting 45 minutes she finally got the car. Later that day we went out for dinner. I noticed that the windows were not cleaned and had major streaks. I had difficulty focusing on the road that night.

  If getting them to wash it great! Hand wash outside and inside wipe down and vacuum for under $40....can't go wrong!

  Brought in our 2014 Bentley after our daughter got sold a wash membership. I think around $600.00. I watched these guys detail the inside. They did an ok job vacuuming, but the windows were streaky. I saw them use a old dish rag, not a fine texture, but a coarse texture. I asked the guy to stop wiping the bezels as I did not want the toi be scratched any further. They washed the car and the job was good.
